The Communication Coordinator will create, produce, and implement marketing campaigns to boost membership program enrollment and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities : Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive membership growth and improve member engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Develop compelling and visually appealing content for diverse platforms, including social media, website, print materials, email newsletters, and online ads.
Implement promotional strategies to boost visibility and participation in YMCA programs.Assist and attend YMCA events to provide support and take pictures and videos.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing campaign management, content creation, and event coordinationStrong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with team membersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
