This hybrid-position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Spring, TX.

Salary Range : $110,000 - $115,000

Data Visualization Specialist

Create, develop, and implement top-tier data solutions for our organization. Conduct thorough data analysis and design performance dashboards with visualization to aid management in interpreting the data effectively.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into information that can guide business decisions.Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures.

Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.Develop and update technical documentation.Skills

Analytical Skills : Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient SQL skills, with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Einstein Analytics, etc.

Relevant software certifications are mandatory.Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques : hypothesis development, designing tests / experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.

Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.What We Offer
