The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating a variety of marketing projects with a focus on event planning.
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, easily adaptable, and can work independently as well as collaborate with other team members across the organization to meet hard deadlines.
This candidate will be in charge of managing all logistics for domestic & international tradeshows, lunch & learns, and customer events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning including vendor selection, contract negotiation, layout proposals, staff management, and internal / external communication throughout the event life cycle
- Create unique customer experiences at our customer events while staying within budget and proposed timeframes
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements, inventory stock, and order placements
- General support including invoice processing & and monitoring trade show budget, global business cards, creation of PowerPoint presentations
- Explore new opportunities to help the marketing team stay efficient
- Act as a brand steward, upholding Audia company brands
- Support other marketing duties as needed
- Support Manufacturing, Product Managers, Sales, Human Resources, Sustainability, and HSE teams in developing and implementing tactical marketing projects
- International and domestic travel as required
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business, or related field. Experience in marketing in a manufacturing environment or event planning is preferred.
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite in Microsoft OS environment (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Audition and Premiere Pro a plus)
- Must be flexible in working with global teams in different time zones when needed.
- Fluent in multiple languages a plus.
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Is well versed in office communication technology (i.e. Webex, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
