With our comprehensive training program at your disposal, you'll be equipped to dazzle and delight!Position Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valuedGet creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident eventsMaintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously strive towards reaching leasing and occupancy goalsAssist current residents and continue to provide them with professional customer service.
Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal.Ability to multitask and quickly solve problemsMust be available to work weekends, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
