As the Marketing Department Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various activities within the department such as :
Qualified Candidate must have 1-2 years experience using SAP, and Microsoft Office Products
Purchase orders :
Manage PO invoices and invoice payments
Update POs, Clear up any discrepancies with purchase orders payments, and vendor submissions to Accounts Payable
Track and Confirmation of invoice payments
Vendor ID Process :
Process new vendor forms
Send finance updated vendor information
Manage new vendor documentation to provide to Finance
Payment Request :
Process forms to create payment requests to pay vendors related to :
support funding / charitable contributions, Fellowships / Grants, and all payments without an invoice
Hourly Pay Rate is commensurate with experience and skill set.
