The Marketing Associate would assist the Executive Vice President of Business Development with Wabash General Hospital’s employees and Auxiliary.
The responsibilities would include :

Keeping a database of volunteer information and skill sets.Matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills.Managing schedules for all volunteer areas.
Tracking volunteer’s work hours.Assisting with communication to employees and volunteers.Helping coordinate recognition for employees and volunteers.
Planning, implementing, and promoting corporate events for staff, including events for Hospital Week, Christmas month, Retirement Parties, and Company Picnics.
Planning recognitions related to healthcare observances.Recognizing all Board of Directors, Medical Staff, volunteers, and staff’s birthdays and work anniversaries.
Keeping the facility decorated for each season.Distributing Company Store orders.Creating employee newsletters.Assisting with the Angel Tree.
Working with the Marketing Department to support Wabash General Hospital with their marketing needs.Assisting the departmental team in community events as necessary, which may require attendance outside of normal business hours.
Supporting and promoting the hospital’s mission, vision, values, and goals.Following all policies and procedures as established by WGH.
Following safe practices for handling toxic substances, infection control, and all fire and safety procedures.Must have the knowledge and skill necessary to provide service to customers of all ages.
