About this Role : The Consultant is a business analyst focused on product and pricing within the Kinetic Marketing organization and will be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Do : Partner Readiness for service order API’s. Host API calls with Kinetic Partners. Support in NSM meetings with Kinetic partners.
- NSM API Support. API inbox Traffic Control. Own the Test order submissions, communicate information to the API team for Review.
- Test all supported platforms. Work to build out a Readiness Roadmap, a matrix to traffic control the development and partner accountability / timelines.
- Buy flow Audits. Product Testing on Release nights. Gather requirements and distribute to IT and support teams. Prioritize work for Kinetics SMB, National Agent, Bridge and Ordering API’s.
Do You Have : Minimum of 5 years prior experience in telecommunications industry. College degree in a Technical or a related software development field.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and have excellent teamwork skills. Attention to detail with advanced organizational and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops Effective communication skills and ability to produce executive level presentations.
