We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving brand awareness and lead generation for our Napa Valley new development property, Stanly Ranch.
You'll develop strategic marketing campaigns, collaborate with the sales team, and manage client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers.
Responsibilities : - Marketing Execution : - Maintain a dynamic marketing calendar and keep the team informed.- Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements to our marketing efforts, promotions, and project positioning.
- Oversee daily email marketing campaigns, coordinating with project teams for optimal deployment.- Manage and update distribution lists and contact databases for targeted outreach.
- Partner with project teams on social media content, approvals, and maintain an engaging internal social media calendar.
- Capture event highlights for social media coverage.- Brainstorm cross-portfolio marketing initiatives and collaborate on tracking their performance.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations to the internal team.- Assist in designing creative assets for various company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain a database of property advertisements and marketing collateral.- Track and manage budgets for all marketing-related expenses.
- Sales Assistance : - Respond to incoming meeting and showing requests and assist the sales team with scheduling- Partner with Sales leadership to prepare comprehensive reports on sales & marketing performance for weekly sponsor meetings.
- Ensure all model homes are set up to perfection each day and closed property at the close of business.- Event & Client Engagement - Provide on-site support for events, including open houses, broker events, and HNWI experiences.
- Manage the sales gallery and model units, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining the CRM system.- Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data & Materials Management : - Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM and gather valuable information for contracts.- Manage and distribute marketing collateral, focusing on optimal presentation and tracking.
Qualifications : - 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or concierge services.- Strong understanding of the California real estate market and hospitality industry.
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
