This role is pivotal in driving the success of our marketing efforts and reports to the Director of Marketing. As the Marketing Coordinator, work on a variety of marketing projects, ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of campaign assets, supporting development of engaging content, and handling our marketing campaigns on email, social media and other communication platforms.
Responsibilities : Assist in developing and implementing campaigns across diverse channels to meet strategic objectives.Coordinate with internal teams, including design, content, and digital, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets.
Work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure cohesion and efficiency in all marketing activities.Support the development of engaging content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Achieve community engagement goals by responding to DMs, comments on posts, any questions, etc.Provide feedback on platform changes and relevant social trends.
Post in real-time, behind the scenes content when appropriate.Email Campaign Support : Coordinate email marketing by building and publishing multiple weekly emails, ensuring emails align with our overall marketing objectives.
Develop and update campaign flows in email management platform.SMS Campaign Support : Contribute to the growth of our SMS marketing efforts by coordinating and scheduling SMS content.
Qualifications : Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of ExcelWorking knowledge & experience in digital platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and SMS marketing toolsAbility to learn new programs and platforms as requiredStrong writing, copy editing, and communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail;
comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlinesAbility to adhere to internal project workflows, coordinating with marketing team members to ensure proposal content is executed within established timeframes without errorBachelor's degree in marketing / related field or 2 years professional marketing or administrative experience
