Who we are looking for : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of various marketing channels, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you can expect in the Marketing Coordinator role at Milestone : Support : Assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining the marketing calendar, scoping costs, allocating resources, execution / support of marketing campaigns, and holding internal and external team members accountable to drive KPIs.

Generation and Database Support : Own incoming leads, collaborate on lead generation strategies, ensure accurate data collection, and track lead progress and campaign performance.

and Budgeting : Own campaign reporting, analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and assist with budget tracking to ensure department spending aligns with strategic goals.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.Marketing Campaigns :

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing performance metrics.and In-Person Events :

Plan and coordinate various events such as webinars, trade shows, product launches, and sales events; handling logistics, promotions, registrations, and post-event learnings.and Digital Advertising :

Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, collaborate with external digital marketing teams, and optimize paid search and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Collateral & Design : Maintain and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits, coordinating with product teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.Updates :

Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS), optimizing user experiences, and aligning content with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS tools) is required.Skills we prefer you to have : Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldyears' experience in a Marketing support rolewith a web-based CRM (Salesforce) and automated marketing platform (Pardot) or similar platforms are requiredand know when to seek guidancewith Adobe Photoshop and / or Adobe InDesign a plusJAVA, & CSS web development skills are a plus (preferably WordPress experience)savvy, expert level on all MS Office Products (especially Excel)Milestone will offer you : benefit package (medical, dental, vision)will cover 70% of your medical premium and 60% of any spouse / dependentswill provide STD, LTD, and Basic Life Insurance coverage at no cost to youcan contribute to the 401k after 90 days of servicewill contribute 3% of your salary after 1 year of servicewill support ongoing training and development of your skills
