The Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's presence and driving digital engagement through expert management of campaigns and insightful market analysis.
This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility. Compensation : Salary varies based on education and experience.
- Lead and manage online brand and product campaigns to elevate brand awareness. Enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of the company’s websites.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Leverage new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Optimize content for the web and social media platforms with a focus on SEO to increase online visibility. Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to improve future marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role Excellent analytical skills and the ability to mine data for actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
