Responsibilities : Campaign Planning :
Campaign Planning :
Support all aspects of paid media campaigns, from initial planning to execution. Work closely with team members and vendors to coordinate campaign scheduling, manage platform presence, asset management, and internal communications.
Ensure campaigns achieve strategic objectives.
Campaign Development : Partner with stakeholders to prepare campaign briefs, write media plans, and present go-to-market summaries.
Engage in continuous collaboration to monitor campaigns, refine tactics, and suggest optimizations based on performance data.
Content Preparation and Copywriting : Work with internal teams to test and optimize ad copy and creative content. Maintain asset library and content calendar, providing regular updates and optimizations to improve engagement and relevance.
Leading Acquisition Initiatives : Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition plans. Take the lead in identifying the most effective channels and exploring new opportunities.
Regularly lead creative refreshes to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Managing Content Creator Partnerships : Collaborate with third party content creators to plan and execute campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications :
Experience managing and executing integrated campaigns across broad set of social, search, and other digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and others.
Proficiency with data visualization and presentation tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Comfortable providing C-level feedback and presenting in executive reviews.Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders and advocating for data-driven decision-making.
Capable of managing multiple projects under pressure while maintaining commitment to deadlines and deliverables.Preferred Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Paid Media coordinator, planner, or buyer;
ideally with a mix of agency, client-side, or platform experience.Experience working in fast-paced environments where quick adaptation and innovation are valued.
Compensation :
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 per year. Starting salary offers will vary depending on several factors including education, experience, and qualifications.
