We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This team member will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Gartner, X, and YouTube.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and ROI.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Gartner, X, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including A / B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
Create and develop compelling ad copy and visuals, utilizing outsourced designers when necessary.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.Manage budgets, forecasting, and bid strategies to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and performance.
Provide recommendations for new paid media opportunities and platforms.Competencies

Required :
3 years of Marketing experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company.Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and others.
Experience overseeing large paid digital advertising budgets.Proficiency with digital advertising tools and platforms, including but not limited to : Facebook Ads ManagerGoogle AdsMicrosoft AdvertisingGartner Digital MarketsX Ads (formerly Twitter Ads)YouTube AdsGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerSEMrush or similar SEO toolsStrong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics.Experience with A / B testing and other optimization techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passionate about helping churches be successful.Preferred :
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.Hubspot certification.Office Requirements :
We are a remote-first team with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.A stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
