Founded in 1925 and a leader in the production of Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys and Titanium Long products, Valbruna is a private company with 2,500 employees and an annual output of approx.
250,000 tons of specialty steels. Production is primarily focused on Stainless Steels and Specialty Alloys, available in blooms and billets, ingots, round, square, flat, hexagonal and angle bars, wire rod, wire, reinforcement bars and threaded rods, with the expressed goal of satisfying the most sophisticated needs of the customer.
We are currently seeking an Account Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our sales and marketing departments.
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including monitoring orders, tracking shipments, answering phones, and participating to video, phone and in-person conference calls and meetings.
You will also keep our promotional materials up to date, helping to keep our information on our social media platforms accurate.
Responsibilities
Support with the management of Key Company AccountsTrack orders and update customers if there are any delaysAssist with expedite requestsAssist with and / or attend trade showsWork with marketing to manage brand and marketing initiativesUpdate and distribute materials regarding our products and promotionsUpdate our social media platformsAssist with inside salesOrganize and participate to meetings in-person and conference callsPerform other support tasks as neededQualifications
Associate's degree and / or 3 years related experience in customer service and marketingPrevious customer service and marketing experience in a manufacturing environmentComputer proficiency - MS Office, CRM, and CanvaCommunication, organizational, and time management skills
