Responsibilities : The team member in this position must exhibit certain characteristics and perform specific duties during their daily or weekly routine.

Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success FactorsAbide by all other Nurtur policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook and Code of ConductConduct on-campus tours, including group toursCommunicate with the Fast Forward Admissions Team and assist with career-planning sessions as-neededAssist with placement of studentsHost on-campus career fairs, including communication with salons, invites, and setupOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements : The team member in this position must exhibit certain educational and experiential requirements, including :

High School Diploma and certificate from school of CosmetologyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; articulate in English and polished phone etiquetteStrong working knowledge of G-Suites, Google Classroom, Microsoft Word, and Excel requiredSelf-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple tasks with exhibited follow-throughWilling to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsDemonstrated ability to work under strict deadlinesMust be interested in the growth and conduct of a socially responsible businessStrong commitment to support Company mission and valuesAbility to make and implement decisionsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityEagerness to learn and grow in positionEqual Opportunity Employer :
