POSITION : OnMedia Advertising Sales - Digital Expert (Account Executive, Digital Expert)
JOB SUMMARY : This position designates you as the OnMedia market expert in all things digital. The Digital Expert is responsible for growing digital sales efforts, in conjunction with Account Executives (AE) in the market. Responsibilities include being well versed in all aspects of digital advertising, client needs, campaign goals and the use of OnMedia branded tools and software. You will work in partnership with local AEs and Account Management Associates to develop and sell digital advertising campaigns using OnMedia's digital offerings.
Specific responsibilities assigned to this position include, but are not limited to:
Selling digital video, display, social and SEM advertising products in conjunction with AEs.
Establishing, maintaining, and growing meaningful client relationships, alongside AEs.
Developing results driven marketing solutions across multiple platforms for our clients.
Conducting pre-meeting research and using tools provided to help develop a needs-based approach.
Formulating strategies, providing innovative ideas and cohesive digital marketing solutions, with a focused effort on delivering the client's objective.
The digital training and development expert of the local sales team . You will be the educator and ambassador both internally and externally on digital benefits and trends.
Identifying key target accounts and partner with the AEs, and with local businesses and /or advertising agencies in a consultative, creative, performance-driven approach
Connecting daily with AEs, assisting in research, and uncovering client needs to present marketing ideas and solutions that result in recurring revenue
Working as part of the OnMedia digital team for sales collaboration and execution of initiatives.
Key success measures for this role will include delivery of results from digital campaigns, client satisfaction and client retention.
Capable of leading client performance discussions, interpreting data and making recommendations to enhance performance and campaign success.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree or related academic program, or equivalent industry experience.
1 - 5 years digital advertising, digital technology, or other digital media sales experience
Flexibility and ability to multi-task in results-driven environment
Demonstrated understanding of campaign performance analytics, and digital campaign success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to convey technical and complex information in an uncomplicated way
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency with digital advertising strategies (geotargeting, online video, SEM, social platforms etc.)
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Must be willing and able to travel on a local basis utilizing your own vehicle.
Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
