What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at MediAcquisition?
We are currently assembling a World Class Board of advisors which will be augmented with excellent legal and accounting representation.
We aim to acquire digital marketing agencies and web design agencies located in California doing between 1M - 5M a year in revenue. We want to get to 100M by the end of 2024 in market capitalization. And we are open to partners who want to be members of the board of advisors.
Members will never be asked to contribute capital or sign financial documents. Founding members will be offered a free piece of founders equity. respecting the reputations of our board members and conducting our business accordingly will be a core operating principle.
We are looking for someone with recent experience within the past 5 years as a CEO or general manager in a digital marketing agency doing seven or eight figures a year. This person has to be someone that has helped his or other companies scale significantly and has good skills at hiring the best people.
You will also help during the due diligence process by going into the business that we’re looking to acquire in other to express your thought on whether it would be a good company to acquire or not.
We need you only for your time and experience to do a high level of vetting on acquisitions and to offer guidance.
Once the company is acquired, the person will be the general manager in order to take responsibility for the day-to-day tasks and to take responsibility for the growth of the company.
Please, put in mind that you won’t be paid before the first acquisition. You’ll only get paid after the first acquisition by being the general manager of the business acquired. If you’re not willing to work on that term, please do not apply for this position.
