We are seeking a(an) Staffing Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

• Formulate/oversee master staffing schedule for hospital utilizing input/monthly unit schedules from Program Directors and Assistant Program Directors
• Contacts FT Float, PRN personnel and agency staff when needs are identified in direct patient care areas and schedules staff accordingly
• Determines staffing needs and collaborates Program Directors, Assistant Program Directors or Nursing Supervisors as necessary
• Accurately maintains files, logs and reports as requested or required
• Supports the performance improvement processes as related to area of responsibility
• Networks with peers and colleagues within the organization
• Provides payroll information to the Payroll Coordinator
• Oversees “bed control” for admission process
• Oversees with Mental Illness Court coverage and transport team coordination.
• Adheres to hospital polices and procedures
• Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
• Conduct reflects the Company’s values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
• Performs other duties as requested or required

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences field OR RN license
• Must have 2 years experience in the mental health field, preferably in a hospital setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
