Job Summary:

The Demand Generation Coordinator applies strong strategic marketing skills and expertise in demand generation to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to key audiences worldwide. This position reports to the Global Director of Marketing and will be part of the marketing team.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all outbound marketing campaigns and product promotions
  • Create lead nurturing programs, including owning the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) as a means of maintaining engagement, building relationships, and moving through various lead life cycles
  • Deliver digestible reporting on campaigns and promotions to the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Design experiments and continually optimize programs for higher conversion rates
  • Organize lead generation events such as webinars, live events, and trade shows
  • Execute digital marketing activities, including advertising, SEO, SEM, PPC, and AdWords
  • Be responsible for list procurement, integrity, and management
  • Work closely with Content Strategy and Product Marketing staff on content marketing and sales enablement
  • Engage with the NAVIGATOR event team to drive demand/registrations
  • Be accountable for specific pipeline volume/value/velocity targets
  • Lay the foundation for Account-based Marketing
  • Proactively complete any and all tasks (even those unrelated to demand generation) needed to support the overall goals of the marketing team and Priority Dispatch

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant demand generation/campaign management in B2B markets
  • Prior experience working on email campaigns and developing multi-touch campaigns
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms with certifications
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM/PPC, as well as paid media management
  • Experience implementing projects that support marketing from start to finish; proven self-starter
  • Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and makes sound decisions independently
  • Solid ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly handle changing priorities
  • A high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be willing to travel periodically as needed
