We are looking for a self-motivated, sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our outstanding team. The successful candidate is someone that is passionate about working in an interdisciplinary care team model with a strong desire to consistently care for our patients while supporting the overall clinical team and mission. The optimal candidate will be able to multitask and provide an exceptional patient care experience that promotes health and improvement of the patient's peripheral vascular system. The candidate will be a great listener that can adapt to different learning styles and communicate effectively to educate a variety of patients throughout the continuum of vein, artery, integumentary and lymphatic disease. Finally, the candidate will have a deep desire to grow both as a clinician and as a person.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Doctor of Physical Therapy is responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with various manifestation of venous insufficiency, arterial disease, dermopathies, lipedema, and lymphedema to include: complete medical history, conducting evaluations and physical tests, establishing diagnoses utilizing medical ultrasound, and developing and overseeing plans of care.
  • Completes medical documentation on patients along with appropriate referral.
  • Educate patients on current disease state.
  • Evaluate ultrasound study results and communicate findings to patients.
  • Provide follow-up treatments and care to patients in accordance with protocols established by physician.
  • Promote the mission of MVC while overseeing clinical staff and working with inter-disciplinary providers.
  • Handle communications between patients, providers, DME and other stake holders.
  • Consistently deliver optimal treatments to patients.
