Parts Specialist

Medine's Collision Center is a family owned business that has been in business since 1965 We are looking for a great addition to our team by adding a Parts Specialists.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The Parts Specialist is responsible for overseeing the parts department and to return a satisfactory profit on parts ordered for jobs & inventory.

• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the body shop and repair orders.
• Maintain an orderly workplace both within the parts department and the office.

• Work with the vendors and collision center to ensure inventory is available when needed.
• Monitor and adjust daily supply for critical and fast-moving parts
• Communicate immediately if backorder or obsolesce occurs for parts needed for a repair order
• Return any un-used items or not needed within the time frame necessary for a successful credit.
• Receiving within the management system to ensure timely processing
• Scanning all invoices into our multiple system to ensure accurate processing.
• Strong customer service skills are a must

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
• Experience as an Automotive Parts or Inventory Employee is a plus

• Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)

Job Type: Full-time
