POSITION TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY. We’re looking for a well-rounded marketer with a knack for multi-channel campaigns, compelling content, and strong project management to add to our Marketing Team. As Marketing Manager, you’ll execute the activities, manage the processes, and operate the technology of marketing campaigns and initiatives. You’ll also measure performance, providing insight for improvement as necessary.

Conceptualize, execute, manage and measure campaigns for demand generation, field marketing and other program initiatives. Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns to include digital, email, social, direct mail and other tactics; provide measurement and analytics on campaigns
- Create compelling content to support campaigns and sales activities; align content strategy to MediQuant’s sales funnel
- Manage event marketing strategy and logistics, including shipping to/from shows, sourcing promotional items, manning the booth as needed, etc.
- Create and manage workflows for automated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with third-party on the execution and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns

Utilize our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Marketing Automation (HubSpot) and Google analytics platforms as well as website CMS (WordPress). (*)
- Improve the quality of marketing database by ensuring data accuracy and integrity for demand gen campaigns
- Utilize Definitive Healthcare database for research and reporting
- Increase efficiency in lead generation and pipeline creation by optimizing the company’s primary conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel

Work with others in and outside of the marketing department on campaign execution; including helping to develop dynamic content and complex nurture streams, social and email marketing campaigns, landing page creation, form creation, webinars, list sourcing/scrubbing, segmentation, lead scoring and post-campaign analysis. - Provide market research insight
- Organize lead flows and MQL deliveries for Sales
- Help drive coordinated go-to-market activities and planning
- Execute and monitor lead nurturing and other marketing campaign efforts

Participate in Corporate Marketing and Communication initiatives including but not limited to:
- Redesign, launch and maintenance of MediQuant website
- Development and implementation of employer brand, recruiting and internal “culture” campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:
- Creative approach to messaging, content and campaigns
- Excellent writing skill; passion for content creation
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with proven project management abilities - flexible and handles last minute course corrections and requests with style and grace
- Highly analytical able to use data to spot trends and always looking for ways to improve system efficiency and performance
- Self-motivated individual who is always looking for opportunities to optimize processes
- Demonstrable track record of building processes that achieved great results from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products with advanced skills and experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot and WordPress.
- Strong customer service acumen
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in related field.
- Five years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B software/technology or B2B healthcare organization

Work Environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee is exposed to dust or other airborne particles. The noise level on the job site is typical of an office environment.
Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods of time, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. This is a full-time position with the option of working remotely. Hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional travel as well as evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel. Incumbent may occasionally experience some out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
