Sales Manager - BD Expertise

The Sales Manager actively contributes to the development and implementation of successful sales strategies. The profile would enable the company’s brand growth by ensuring new sales and focusing on new client acquisition, also by the means of finding and introducing new markets. The goal is to promote the company’s clinical and regulatory services as well as digital health software products. The role must be expert in successfully engaging and interfacing with Meditrial's current pool of clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish a productive relationship and arrange meetings;
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
  • Market and competitor analysis;
  • Organizes and supports market research;
  • Proposal of new promotional activities;
  • Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits;
  • Support for creation and maintenance of marketing reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents and presentations;
  • Board support for resources management, control and report processing;
  • Dealing with special projects as required;
  • Engage and operate at all levels of customer organization up to CEO
  • Cultivate existing, and identify new contacts and leads in the medtech, biotech and pharma scene
  • Produce sales proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate and directly close deals with final customers


Qualification

  • Education: Master’s degree, business, marketing or related field, specialised in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Development in the life science field;
  • Languages: proficiency in oral and written English, a second language is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational IT fluency in drafting and interpretation of financial charts and forecasts;
  • Thorough knowledge of the Medical Marketing field with minimum 10 years of proven experience
  • Thorough understanding of EDC, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA systems/apps is considered a plus
  • Proven track record of closed deals
  • Ability to operate at all Levels of Healthcare organizations.
  • Consolidated network of KOL
