What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at Medlead Careers?
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our healthcare practice located in Brooklyn, NY to oversee the hiring process of all licensed clinical hires that need to go
through the credentialing process.
Responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- Negotiate the offer with
providers
- Ensure to orient new hires by
providing an HR new hire orientation that is being done onsite at the clinic
and virtually
- Oversee the necessary backgrounds that need to be conducted for a new hire clearing the HR onboarding process
- Ensure to provide guidance, advice
support, and recommendations to mid-level managers of the organization who
manage their teams’ performance.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Manager in the healthcare field is a must
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources needed
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 9AM-5PM
Benefits:
- Salary ranging between $90,000-$110,000
