We are
seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager ready for a new challenge at ACI
Chemical Dependency Treatment Center. If you have exceptional attention to
detail, coupled with strong organizational & time management abilities
combined with previous administrative/office managerial roles held… then keep

Key Responsibilities entail:
· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the
office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
· Manage departmental inventory and work with Purchaser
on new orders
· Receive, sort & scan incoming mail and
deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
· Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure
they are implemented appropriately
· Assist other departments with office layout planning
and office moves, and with maintaining IT infrastructure
· Manage business office budget/ inventory
· Identify opportunities for process and office
management improvements
· Manager phone system by direct calls to relevant departments
· Reporting office process to senior management and
working with them to improve office operations and procedures
· Provide other administrative support as necessary,
including but not limited to planning special events, scheduling group
meetings, doing research, and creating reports
· Other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2-5 years of work experience in an
administrative/office management role
· Must have exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organizational and time management skills, and
ability to prioritize
· Must be a self-starter and driven
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and analytical
abilities
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google
products
