Medline’s
Finance Development Program (FDP) is an intensive three-year role that spans at least four rotational assignments. The program seeks to develop future finance and accounting leaders through well-rounded rotations and exposure to cross-functional experiences focused on developing finance, accounting, business, and leadership skills to tackle ever-growing business challenges.
These assignments are focused around corporate controllership, accounting research, and financial reporting; business partnership and analysis;
customer profitability and sales end market reporting and analysis; manufacturing and operational leadership; and other specialized financial roles (Audit, Treasury, etc.
We strive to offer a diversified experience through roles outside of Northfield ( Plant Controllership, Canada Financial Reporting, etc.
The program combines intensive roles within the finance organization which are embedded in day to day activities, relevant coursework and direct interaction and learning of the Medline business model.
It is led by senior Medline leaders and includes mentoring and networking opportunities throughout the company.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be considered for placement into a Senior Financial Analyst or Senior Accounting role.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
- Senior standing with a minimum cumulative GPA on a GPA scale preferred
- Strong academic achievement with financial or quantitative interest / competence
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
