Join our team as a Recruitment Specialist focusing on Volume Hiring! In this role, you'll closely collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to fill numerous roles at Med-Metrix. We need someone proactive who can anticipate hiring needs based on volume and trends.
Requirements:Duties and Responsibilities
- Your role will involve developing strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews both virtually and onsite, providing feedback, and extending/managing offer negotiations
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to identify position qualifications and skills required to fill vacancies throughout the company
- Provides input to the recruitment process, reviews and identifies areas for improvement, and suggests new strategies to bring about increased efficiency and effectiveness of the Recruitment function
- Establishes cordial and professional working relationships with other internal and external groups/organizations to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands
- Ensures accuracy of applicant data and update information in the candidate database or Applicant Tracking System
- Upholds confidentiality when handling applicant information
- Works with the team to achieve goals and hiring requirements
- Consistently adheres to company policies and code of conduct, emulating the Med-Metrix values
- Promotes Med-Metrix’ branding and reputation as the “best place to work”
- Performs additional assignments and participate in special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management
- Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- Above average English communication skills
- At least 2 years experience in Volume Recruitment
- Has in-depth knowledge of interviewing techniques for Volume Recruitment
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Agile, can work independently in a fast paced & metric driven environment
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
- Strong attention to details and accuracy of data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of call center operations, organization and client-specific functions such as account handling, metrics and client applications
