Responsibilities
The Hearing Screen Market Manager (MM) is responsible for all operational aspects of the hearing screen program including management of Site Supervisors and Site Coordinators.
Market Manager will have primary ownership over the hospital strategic relationship and will be the first point of contact for financial and contract-related questions at the site.
Responsible for maintaining the staffing cost structure for all sites within his/her market.
This will include management of all monthly staffing expenses to align with site-level staffing models and minimization of overtime.
Monitor all contract renewals on a monthly basis and work with the market team to
determine if facility partners should be approached for a contract update.
Manage all administrative aspects of that process (legal document coordination, communication
Coordinate and oversee all site start-ups and disintegrations; will work with SS/SC to ensure staffing is appropriate, machines are in place, contracts are signed, training is complete, materials and supplies are ordered.
Manage and approve all requests for travel, within a designated market budget. Market Manager will ensure that travel is necessary and appropriate; provide hearing screen coverage in situations where there is no alternative coverage available.
Responsible for resolution of all clinical and operational issues raised by the NHSP leadership team (includes concerns raised by EHDI programs, other MEDNAX functions, etc.).
Ensure that all monthly financial entries are appropriate for the HS P&L and will work
directly with accounting to make any necessary adjustments.
Train and onboard all new Site Coordinators and Site Supervisors for his/her practices and will be responsible for any required re-training of current Site Coordinators and Site Supervisors; have ultimate accountability for all sites within his/her market, including performance of all.
Manage all aspects of onboarding medical sponsors; this includes (but is not limited to)
identification of potential sponsors, process management and training.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A minimum of 5 years of previous management or supervision
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Previous experience in healthcare
Previous experience in a medical setting
Computer literate and familiar with Excel
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7 years full cycle corporate recruitment experience.
