Our client is seeking an experienced LPN with Assisted Living experience to work a contract assignment at their facility in Albuquerque. This role could potentially become a full-time direct-hire position for the right candidate.
Overview:
- Assessments for Memory Care & Assisted Living Residents
- Medication Recording (MAR)
- Work closely with Home Health & Hospice Agencies
- Give updates on resident health to family
Pay & Schedule Details:
- Starting @ $28/hour, DOE/Negotiable
- Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm
- Some on-call required
