Salary Range: $90,000.00 To 105,185.60 Annually
Shift: M-F 0800-1630
Sign On & Relocation: Available depending on circumstance & candidate
Requirements:
- Current Colorado RN license (or compact with ability to obtain within 6 months). Bachelor's degree required.
- Two or more years of experience as a professional nurse in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated
- Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Life Support certifications required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer experience, with proficiencies in Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public, as well as analyze data and information and develop actions plans as needed.
- Display understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure department meets Conditions of Participation and/or regulatory requirements necessary to maintain patient safety.
- Understands patient satisfaction goals and develops plans to improve upon or sustain.
