About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our diverse portfolio of brands and products. This role demands a leader with proven experience managing multiple brands, crafting compelling marketing narratives, and driving measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the entire marketing lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis.
This position will be fully onsite in either our Naperville, IL or Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand within the company's portfolio, ensuring brand alignment and consistency across all marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices and recommend their implementation.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies for multiple brands or product lines.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
