MedRite Urgent Care provides residents and visitors of NY, NJ, and FL, with a modern solution for urgent medical treatment and routine healthcare. The demands put on us by work obligations, family responsibilities, and hectic schedules can make it difficult to seek medical services within the nine-to-five doctor’s office model. We solve this problem by providing individualized care on a walk-in basis with same-day availability.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of all HR programs to support Projects Divison.
- Support the development and implementation of local strategic HR initiatives that support and enable business outcomes.
- Support, consult, coach and counsel frontline leadership in day-to-day management of team member and labor relations issues.
- Conduct HR investigations to support employee relations in partnership with Sr. Leadership.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres Medrite’s Organizational core competencies and standards of behavior.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business
- 2 years relevant Human Resources experience.
- 2 years of experience in human resources as an HR Generalist and Employee Relations Associate, with a focus on Employee Relations related investigations and documentation.
- Experience with all facets of Human Resources, including knowledge of administration, and legal compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing employment.
- Effective leadership, team building, and change management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Salary $26- $28 hourly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
