Manage Administrative duties, travel and scheduling support for Senior Director and Directors in the Diabetes division. Coordinates team training, activities and events as needed. Main division liaison for Diabetes distributors - working with the Director Installed Base to execute distributor strategy with appropriate reporting and reviews.
A day in the life.
- Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
- Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
- May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Provides administrative support and reporting for various marketing programs, monitors and closes approval cycles. Coordinates with the Director, Marketing & Education on these responsibilities.
- Monitors/manages distributor contract agreements and renewals, supporting and working with the Director of Installed Base.
- Tracks and reports on distributor co-op initiatives, assisting with business cases for change when appropriate.
- Tracks, reports on and processes any applicable chain/wholesaler bills
- Tracks, reports on and resolves distributor orders with OMS/EDI
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
Must Have.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual English/French
- Some limited travel for meetings is required, less than 10%.
- Minimum high school diploma
Nice to have.
- Business/Administration diploma
- Knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
