In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Endomechanical & Energy portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within South Sydney. A Day in the Life
As a Territory Manager reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer

accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Must-Have:

Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or Business-related discipline is essential
Nice to Have:

Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices

Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.

Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff

Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results
