This role is Part-Time.
Essential Job Functions
- Review call center voicemails and accurately record pertinent information into excel spreadsheet including patient name, account number, phone number and brief summary of reason for voice message
- Provide excel spreadsheet information to staff for purpose of prioritizing timely response to callers
- Respond to any requests from Customers
- Provide administrative support to other functional areas as needed
- Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality in the performance of job duties
- Read, understand and comply with the Meduit confidentiality policy.
Additional Job Functions
- Make recommendations to management to improve current processes, and/or reduce company expenses
- Take on additional duties as assigned by competent authority
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
- Data entry skills; type at least 45 wpm and proficient in use of 10-key
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Operate basic office equipment e.g. copier, fax, phone system
- Understand and comply with organizational policies, procedures and systems
- Multi-task, be well organized and shift priorities on short notice
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Work is performed in an office environment.
