MUST HAVE LTC experience.
- Oversee and manage all maintenance projects within the facility
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair high voltage electrical systems
- Fabricate and install various components as needed
- Perform maintenance tasks on low voltage systems
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects
- Excellent leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- Proficient in working with high voltage electrical systems
- Experience in fabricating and installing components as required
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and the ability to perform maintenance tasks on them
