Head of Recruitment Marketing – Remote
We are conducting a search for a data-driven, tech savvy Head of Marketing for our client, a national Home Health Non-Profit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing for a staffing firm focusing heavily on candidate acquisition.
In This Role, You Will
- Be a strategic though-leader, sitting at the table with executives and stake holders.
- Lead a team of 6 through motivation and inspiration.
- Develop talent attraction marketing plans for both seasoned and entry-level candidates.
- Deliver annual recruitment marketing plans aligned to business growth goals.
- Extract data from job boards and other online tools.
- Design and drive the talent acquisition funnel through the creation of new sites, new landing pages, and ongoing trafficking assets.
- Partner closely with Digital Marketing and Creative Services leads to develop strategies, metrics, content and plans that drive business objectives.
- Lead day-to-day execution of recruitment marketing campaigns, tactics and programs to drive website traffic, lead generation and sourcing.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional candidate experience across all digital channels.
- Act as the owner of user experience and design for career website that allows prospects and stakeholders to be educated and inspired.
- Act as a brand steward to ensure messaging and all elements of the recruitment marketing mis enhance brand equity.
- Design optimal contact strategy based on research, insights, and analytics, and partner across teams to efficiently deliver personalization at scale across channels.
- Partner with stakeholders on digital transformation, marketing automation and technology.
- Develop attraction and acquisition metrics and corresponding benchmarks to assess value through analytics, measure success, and recommend campaign optimization based on results.
- Build a bench of recruiting marketing experts, agencies, vendors, and technology suppliers.
What You Need
- 10 years of progressive Marketing and Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a high-volume staffing or workforce solutions firm.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Hubspot, and other marketing tools.
- Expertise in marketing channels – social, web, search, email, events and partnerships as well as translating data into insights that fuel marketing activities.
- Keen ability to extract data from various sites and technologies used for talent acquisition.
- Collaborative leadership that drives results and brings out the best of your team.
