We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to further strengthen the Covid-19 project. You will provide guidance to teams in different districts to promote public health standards. You will ensure the communication with other office employees, clinical staff, and school districts are strong. The ideal candidate will be driven, disciplined, and be a great organizer. The goal is to ensure that this latest project continue on successfully.
Responsibilities
- Attending virtual meetings with administrators, other office staff, school districts, and clinical employees.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Collaborating with other coordinators and Covid-19 samplers.
- Traveling to assigned districts to solve logistic issues.
- Prepare reports for CEO.
Skills
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
