We are looking for an energetic and reliable office professional to join my agency working with auto, home, life, Medicare & Health insurance products. Offering flexible scheduling and competitive. Approximately 30 hours/week, hourly pay plus commission.
Job duties include:
- Assisting with all aspects of daily operations for small insurance firm
- Contact current clients regarding policy reviews and general account maintenance
- Prospective client outreach
- Develop insurance quotes, create sales presentations and marketing strategies
- File & Monitor Insurance claims
Qualifications include:
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be organized, fearless on the phone and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 applications
- Must be licensed in insurance or willing to obtain licensing within 60 days
- Follow procedures and maintain compliances
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to think and react quickly
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
