Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative and results-driven marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing collateral, ensuring brand
consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data driven decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance our marketing capabilities.
- Overall support of Marketing and Sales teams.
- Order marketing materials from various vendors.
- Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing collateral.
- Update website and field materials with necessary changes
- Respond/forward emails in the marketing inbox to appropriate recipients.
- Forward leads to the appropriate salespeople.
- Assist with social media and various other marketing activities.
- Schedule photoshoots and update photos as directed.
- Assemble warranty packets and other print materials.
- Periodic audits as requested.

KNOWLEDGE/ ATTITUDES/ SKILLS:
- 1-2 Years of experience and/or education in marketing related activities
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite Products, Adobe Creative Products)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
