Service writer position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who enter the shop. Basic understanding how repairs work on vehicles. Able to speak to customer directly about condition of their vehicles and the necessary repairs needed. Able to write repair orders and order parts for the techs. This position is the front of house that is in charge of making sure customers vehicles are completed in a timely manner all while providing great customer service.
