Overview
An UX Designer possesses and applies principles, practices and procedures related to developing applications.
Responsibilities
As a designer you will support stakeholders and understand their unique challenges. You will collaborate closely with other departments with in Melaleuca to understand their needs and work efficiently to add value.
This role will require a high level of creativity in order to continually produce custom visual interfaces crafted specifically to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be skilled at front-end design for websites, user interface designs, emails, social media.
- Very strong Adobe Creative Suite (CS5, Master Collection), HTML, CSS3, JavaScript skills are a must as well as a strong background in sketching layouts and concepts quickly by hand. Actionscript 3 knowledge is a plus.
- Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines
- Sharp conceptual skills are non-negotiable.
- Exceptional user interface and experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principals, as well as an eye for subtle detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success among this company of talented individuals.
