Management Trainee - Full Time - Paid Training

Management Trainee Qualifications:
- The customer experience should never exceed the Team Member’s experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be clean, neat, well- groomed for safety and compliance standards
- Must have integrity & be honest
- Must be able to follow written & verbal instructions provided to you by management or customer requests
- Able to work independently as well as in a group setting with other team members
- Have leadership skills, and ability to provide others with coaching, motivation, mentorship, guidance, and training support always
- A plus is having prior experience in a leadership role of at least one year
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Grow sales
- Providing great customer experiences
- Oversee sales transactions
- Knowing all product / service lines
- Help with marketing initiatives
- Help with social media and online presence
- Deescalating and customer complaints / issues / as well as handle all trouble shooting for customers on the spot that may arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
