Marketing Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to execute daily task for posting, planning, and creative direction on content for client’s social media presence. The position requires the ability to implement digital marketing strategies/research into social media advertising activities.

For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret campaign metrics for engagement and set expectations for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics.

Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.

There may be an internship or probationary period per the discretion of the business for 1-3 Months with reimbursement of expenses before the a full time position can be offered. We will determine this during your interview.

Responsibilities

*Manage daily administrative tasks including running reports, client interfacing meetings, agenda management, and processes within your department. *Working with stakeholders to manage deadlines and expectations to ensure the Marketing department runs efficiently *Conduct market research to identify new opportunities *Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. social media traffic and rankings) *Create reports on marketing and engagement metrics *Assist with organizing promotional events *Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. banners, flyers, digital post) *Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns *Prepare regular performance forecasting reports *Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements

*Associates degree in Marketing or relevant field *Work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role *Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques *Social media management or marketing experience *Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suites and/or Apple Office Suites *Excellent communication and presentation skills *Strong analytical skills with a strong attentiveness to deal & goal-oriented attitude

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
