Melt Brownie is a new dessert and catering concept in Winter Springs, FL. Melt Brownie creates delicious, gooey brownies with four unique flavors each week. Our larger brownies are perfect for an evening treat with the family or our brownies minis are perfect to cater for book club, a birthday party, or bridal shower.

The Position:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Supervisor/Baker to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our store and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
● Customer Service Excellence:
○ Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.
○ Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high service standards at all times.
○ Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Team Leadership and Management:
○ Assist the Store Manager in training, and managing a high-performing team of bakers, sales associates, and other store staff.
○ Support team members by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
○ Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
● Store Operations:
○ Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
○ Monitor and maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation to meet company standards.
○ Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and achieve store targets.
● Order Management and Inventory Control:
○ Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
○ Monitor and track product expiration dates, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient stock rotation.
○ Assist in placing orders for supplies and ingredients, optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing stockouts.
○ Training and Development:
○ Assist in training new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
○ Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development among the store team.
○ Continuously coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in food service environment, preferably in a leadership role. Baker experience a plus
● Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
● Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve targets and goals.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
● Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and cash handling procedures.
● Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
● Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
