Social Media Manager

Corporate Marketing Team

We're looking for a creative self-starter with 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing to join our team. The Social Media Manager will execute strategic campaigns that elevate our brand in addition to managing the daily operations of Meltwater's social program. The ideal candidate will have strong social copywriting skills, with the ability to develop channel-specific copy for our various audiences.

As the Social Media Manager, you'll join other talented content producers within our Corporate Marketing team to deliver social content that encourages clicks and conversations. You'll work closely with our Design team and external agency to develop engaging creative.

What You'll Do

• Write copy consistent with the Meltwater tone of voice

• Develop and manage a robust social media editorial calendar

• Respond to comments and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner

• Produce and film Instagram Reels for our social media channels

• Monitor trending memes, hashtags, and social holidays to inform content production

• Analyze social media performance for regular reporting check-ins

• Collect and apply audience insights and competitive information to inform content development

• Encourage our employees to become social media ambassadors

• Identify potential leads using our social listening platform

• Engage with online communities relevant to our industry to strengthen our position as an authority in the space

• Establish relationships and partnerships with key industry influencers

• Manage the development of creative assets with our in-house Design team and external agency

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of marketing experience

• Native English writing fluency

• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments

• Solution and goal-oriented mindset

• Proactive and able to present new ideas

• Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and take direction when necessary
