Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SaaS sales accounts executives, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges and positioning our SaaS solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Performance Metrics: Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales management, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
