Position Overview:

As the SaaS Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of our sales initiatives. You will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. This role reports directly to the CEO, and offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SaaS sales accounts executives, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges and positioning our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales management, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Location:

Fully Remote but ONLY hiring in Indiana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
