Looking for your next opportunity? We are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service/Hose Repair Technician in Marietta, GA!
Shop Specialists/Hose Repair Technicians service walk-in customers at our hose repair shops. This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful. ***Please do not apply if you do not have hands-on mechanical experience***
Pay:
- Starting at $17/hr
Schedule:
- M-F 8 am to 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hoses with efficiency and accuracy
- Anticipate and address customer needs
- Maintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilities
- Streamline and support daily processes
- Follow-up with customers to generate additional business
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Must be bilingual; able to speak fluently in both Spanish and English
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 150 lbs with ease
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Mechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish a plus)
