As an Independent Contractor House Cleaner with Men Can Clean Too, you will have the opportunity to build your own cleaning business while benefiting from our established reputation and referral system. You will be responsible for providing excellent cleaning services to our valued clients in Springfield and surrounding cities area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform a range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products

- Customize cleaning services according to client preferences and specific job requirements.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

- Manage your own schedule and appointments.
