Medical Receptionist
Job Posting for Medical Receptionist at Mena Center for Women's Health, P.A.
This is a full time position in an Obstetric/Gynecology clinic working Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 12 pm. Responsibilities include daily patient reception, registration and check out procedures, answering phones, scheduling/confirming appointments, verifying insurance, preparing electronic charts, scanning, faxing, collecting patient fees and making daily deposit reports.
We are looking for an individual that is friendly, courteous, reliable, detail oriented, and able to multi task. Excellent communication skills are required. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, medical office experience, computer/data entry skills, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
